  • Product Inlet Supply Line 4.00” with all stainless steel stuffing Box & Balance chamber for smooth flow of incoming product.
  • Bowl Elevating Screw-Jack mechanism with pneumatic air motor system for easy raising and lowering the filler bowl for various bottle heights.
  • Electrical Drive System consists of an A.C. electrical main drive motor controlled by a frequency inverter for Variable speed control with Brake function to provide a quick and smooth stop/start for the filler.
  • Operator’s Panel with Touch Screen to provides digital read-out for bottles per minute and all filler controls with mimic display indicators for easy operator diagnosis’s
  • Remote Control Panel with all filler control hardware in a NEMA 4 and can be in any convenient location near the filler complete with P.L.C Controls for with interlocks.
  • Electro/Pneumatic Air/Co2 Panel with all pressure gauges & regulators for Liquid level control, airlift pressure & valve operator controls mounted on the filler table top for easy operation control.
  • Automatic Pneumatic Product Control System maintains constant level of product in bowl during production.
  • Electro-Pneumatic (Valve Opener) high-performance latch system provides reliable automatic bottle detection & valve opening at presence of bottles. No Bottle no Fill system.
  • Bottle Infeed gate, controls the flow of bottles at the infeed conveyor by operator manually opening or closing of the gate automatically with line control conditions.
  • Total Neck Handling eliminates bottle crushing and distortion by handling the bottle by the neck in and out of the filler while eliminating the need for a infeed screw worm
  • Ultra-Speed R series Filling Valves and snift block with full control of fill height control on P.E.T. Bottles and equipped with CIP Cups.
