Our New Belt Drive System is a must for all that now operate the old Chain Drives. By using our Special flange bearings, heavy-duty HTD belts, and drive motor, we eliminate the majority of vibrations and noise associated with the old chain drive systems. Our Belt Drive system has been proven to increase product production and efficiency while decreasing maintenance costs. Quite simply, by eliminating the majority of sprockets and chains on the original Drive system, we eliminate the need for heavy lubrication applications under the filler. This not only increases overall efficiency, we also enhance the air quality in the Filling Room by eliminating the contaminants around the filler.
Our Electric Belt Drive system also assists to prolong the life of your filler as well. It supplies soft starts and stops. And provides a cushion release were a filler crash to occur. Our design engineers and field Technicians have put many hours into perfecting this Drive system. Moreover this conversion is designed to be installed, in your plant, to avoid unnecessary down time.
